- Proposition 76: Imposes arbitrary spending caps that would hamstring the state's ability to act in a recession. No.
- Proposition 77: Redistricting, criteria it uses are likely to reduce representation of Democrats and minorities. No.
- Proposition 78: Big Pharma's fake prescription drug plan, designed to help defeat Proposition 79. Hell no.
- Proposition 79: The legitimate prescription drug benefit proposition. Yes.
- Proposition 80: Re-regulates the power industries in California. I dunno; Ezra Klein says yes, Mark Kleiman says no. You decide.
