The Map Is Not the Territory

Noted racist and hatemonger Mark Steyn is over at The Corner today defending the schmuck accused of desecrating Korans at Pace University last autumn:

Obviously Mr Shmulevich should have submerged [the Korans] in his own urine, applied for an NEA grant and offered it to the Whitney Biennial.
Steyn refers, of course, to the famous "Piss Christ," a controversial photographic work of art depicting an image of a plastic crucified Christ submerged in a glass of artist Andres Serrano's urine.

I couldn't find anything on this topic in "Mallard Fillmore" or "Day by Day," but here's a teaching device that might be artless enough for the minds of the Steyn/Malkin/Charles Johnson brigades:

Example

The legend reads, "Stealing Korans and placing them in public toilets is not a work of art. Jackass."
