Prosecuting the Victim

All day long I've been feeling like I ought to have something to say about the horrifying case in Oregon where they convicted a victim of (gang) rape of 'filing false charges' (using a much more lenient standard of proof than was applied in the trial of her attackers). But the reality is, there's nothing I could say that Shakespeare's Sister hasn't already said (also here). This is an outrage everyone should be aware of, and if you haven't read her posts on it read them now.
