Kevin Drum Cuts to the Chase

Everyone is linking to Ezra Klein's excellent analysis of Health Savings Accounts (supposedly the Big! Bold! New! Idea! in tonight's State of the Union address), but I'm busy today so I'll pimp the short version:

Just remember: if you think more risk, more complexity, and less healthcare are the answer, HSAs are for you.
That's a slogan we can use.

Update: As Ahab points out in comments, the SOTU speech was not in fact last night. That's what I get for trying to ignore it.
