Happy Mother's Day

My family did the Mother's Day thing a day early this year. My folks came in from Sacramento and we all went to the (newly rebuilt) DeYoung Museum, which currently has a wonderful exhibit of stuff from the (international) Arts & Crafts movement. We had gorgeous weather (the marine layer stayed offshore), and it was a lovely day all around.

Here's hoping all of you moms out there have a wonderful day today.

More virtual roses for Mother's Day here.

Update: Neil the Ethical Werewolf posts the original Mother's Day proclamation. Read it and keep it in mind every Mother's Day.

[That's all, folks]
