This blind lady is delighted to have found what she thinks is a large billboard written in Braille. She isn’t sure why the billboard says, "Hooji galoomy marps blonka wiggy kazimps," but she is delighted, nonetheless.

[Note: This joke is meant to be zany and silly, not cruel. It was "inspired" by the parameters of the picture -- the dark glasses, the person feeling the bumps on the wall -- and it wasn't intended to be nasty. Honest!]
