Jody made two apple and two pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving. This is one of the apple pies. More below the fold...

One of the pumpkin pies. Did I mention that the pies were (still are, I guess) fabulous? The pies were fabulous.


Also, I made these sort of Vietnamese salad roll things with crab. The filling is crab, bean thread, Napa cabbage, carrots, and cilantro flavored a little nuoc cham (more on the side as a dipping sauce); the leaf in each roll is mint. They were pretty yummy too.
