So ten years or so ago I'm driving back from a ten-day wilderness trip and I've got a compilation tape playing (yes, kids, we had these things called 'tapes' in those days) and I'm speeding due west straight into a flaming red ball sunset and as the sun sinks below the horizon the theme from A Fistful of Dollars starts playing (not the jaunty tune over the opening credits but the slow, mournful trumpet theme) and it's just a perfect moment, the perfect soundtrack for that particular time and place.

So the question is: what's an experience you've had where the music was perfectly matched to the moment? Post answers in comments, along with your own Random (or semi- or non-random) ten (or, hey, 12 or 7 or whatever).
