Once again it's Friday and time for Kvatch's Kocktail Hour. This afternoon we honor Vice President Coronary with a drink concocted especially for him:

The Pacemaker

- 4 parts mescal (complete with a low-fat worm)
- 1 part butane
- Stir very...VERY gently
