Oh, and Jindal could be a "conservative reformer" just like all the other terrific Southern Republican governors. They're populist and pragmatic (whatever that means) and the "mirror image" of the pragmatic (whatever that means) liberal governors. But ignore my divisive rhetoric, I "heart" bipartisanship!
