Impeach Mukasey, Now.

In the light of Mukasey's refusal to actually, you know, follow the law of the land isn't it time to impeach Mukasey? I grasp that Pelosi et al have struck a deal not to impeach Bush and Cheney--one of the wilder internet rumors which I saw in comments over at Baloon Juice is that they were threatened with martial law if they tried it--but despite their phenomenally poor judgement in confirming Mukasey in the first place is there anything other than sheer embarrassment preventing them from impeaching him for failure to do his duty?
