And as promised (but a little late), here is some further clarification on the CD swap. I may have been a little obscure in explaining the concept ('the soundtrack to the movie in your head'), so look at it this way: do you ever hear a pieace of music and think about what kind of scene it would play over if it were in a movie? Or are there a bunch of songs that you can think of that collectively define a time/place/mood/style, á lá Repo Man or Pulp Fiction? Those are the sorts of thing I'm driving at here. There is no movie, of course, and you're under no obligation to outline one (although if you want to play with title, plot, etc.--hey, go to town); this is just the soundtrack we're dealing with here.

And of course it's important that you not provide artist/title info, because whoever gets your CD should be hearing it as part of a (non-existent) movie--not as a collection of tunes identified by artist and title.

Most importantly, though, you should have fun with it.
