Matt Yglesias follows Nancy Pelosi to a counter-intuitive conclusion:
The Speaker prefers to bargain from a position of strength: "The bigger our victories, the more bipartisanship there'll be in the congress." I think that's about right -- you see a lot of bipartisanship when one party's running scared.Many of Matt's commenters are giving him a hard time over this post, but I say we put the GOP to a rout next year and see what happens.
