Can people stop forwarding me information on the imaginary Melamine in children's candy?
A) my children eat seven pieces of candy each, after their exciting night of trick or treating. and
2) The odds that all seven will contain Melamine are slim to none. The odds that one will contain Melamine? Higher. But the dose at which Melamine is problematic? is probably much higher than my children could possibly consume. And, of course, we don't even give out candy but rather *organic raisins* because that's the kind of tree hugging perverts we are. In fact, this year I think I'll make healthy oatmeal cookies and just put them in little bags with my address, name, telephone number and a razor blade.
