There's nothing easy about health care, but the least difficult piece is insuring the uninsured: Mandate that everyone sign up, and provide subsidies so everyone can afford it. Harder, politically, is to levy the taxes to pay for those subsidies.Similarly, the least difficult piece of my becoming King of England would be calling myself "King of England." Harder, politically, would be convincing the English of my dominion over them.
